I'm very confused. Are you looking for help finding a monitor? What is the use case? What is the budget? Do you have a resolution preference?

Ryzen 7 7800x3D -  Asus RTX4090 TUF OC- Asrock X670E Taichi - 32GB DDR5-6000CL30 - SuperFlower 1000W - Fractal Torrent - Assassin IV - 42" LG C2 - Windows 11 Pro

This won't work that way around.

This is USB-C/Thunderbolt TO HDMI, not HDMI to Thunderbolt.

And if you had a HDMI port, why are you looking for a thunderbolt screen? None of this makes any sense. This whole thing is nonsense.

Can you expand the diagram? What are you plugging into both sides? What is the input in this case and what specifi cdock are you using?

I don't think this works how you think. You can't use the HDMI as input in those adapters.

You can't use an adapter like that to input to a dock, it doesn't work that way.
