Can't remove these screws

Found the problem. There were a couple more screws that I missed.

Hi guys

 

I'm trying to repaste my graphics card. I managed to remove the screws on the plate and I encountered two types already. I'm having trouble with the third type as you can see on the picture. What kind of tool or screwdriver should I use for the 5 remaining screws?
