Hey so I activated XMP, computer turns on and all the fans and whatnot seem to be working, however theres no input to my monitors, ive heard I should remove the CMOS battery but I dont have the manual so im not sure where to find this, any help would be appreciated!

The CMOS battery is quite easy to locate and remove.

Its a silver clock battery on your motherboard.

It looks like this.  Remove it for 5 minutes, put it back in and try again.

Removing the CMOS battery will reset your BIOS to factory settings, so it will remove your XMP profile and revert it to standard.
You might have to remove your GPU to locate the CMOS batterty.

Gotcha.  Dont worry, we'll get through this 🙂 I am not worried at all, you got this.

Yes, unplug the wire on the front.  I see that the system uses a GPU adapter split into 3.

I would personally disconnect the 3 connections that is on the adapter instead of removing the adapter from the GPU itself.

There is also a latch aboe the GPU that must be pressed before being able to remove the GPU.

The GPU might also be screwed into the case at the left side / back of the case.

But please look under the GPU before removing it, you might be able to remove the CMOS battery without taking the GPU out.

You can always google the make and model of your mobo, go to the page on the manufacturer's website, then look under Support, Downloads, Manual. You'll also find drivers and BIOS updates there if you need them

The power cable will be stiff, but you should be able to just squeeze the lil clip and pull that. There will also be a screw or two attaching the card to the case and usually there is a little lock clip on the end of the slot it's plugged into

Also, I've never seen PCIe retention screws like that...

I figured out what motherboard it was and it has a CLEAR_CMOS option ( shorting 2 pins )

Doing that right now, will keep you updated on the progress.

We couldn't remove the shield above the CMOS battery / M.2 Slots as we dont have a small enough screw driver.
