Looking for a new Headset

Go to solution Solved by Psittac,

I'm a big fan of the Rode NTH-100 if you want to go with a wired solution.  For wireless it doesn't get any better than the Audeze Maxwell.

Hello, I'm going to be looking for a new headset in the near future. I'm currently the wireless M/S Xbox headset that I bought a few years back but is starting to crackle quite a bit. I'm looking for suggestions and recommendations what to get for my PC? TIA!

I play the occasional games, like R6 Siege and Return to Moria as of lately. Other than that, I just primarily use them for youtube and music. I dont have external speakers, so these would be my only audio outlet.

i own a corsair void elite wireless headset since years and NEVER EVER had a single issue, i even modded it to swap out the crappy micro USB with a USB type C, since 5 years i have zero issues and sounds AMAZING! you can even find replacement batteries with higher capacities on ebay! it's overall an amazing product that doesn't cost that much.

on windows you have to rely on icue but it's ok. on linux sadly there's no LED support but you can always use headsetcontrol to shutdown the LED and you're fine
