What ptm 7950 supplier is the best? 

 

The shipping on the ltt store is wayyyy to expensive to europe for it to make sense, Im looking for a product from aliexpress/amazon.

Pretty sure the phase sheet is different but apparently its supposed to perform better with the caveat being its electrically conductive

 

Non issue on regular desktop boards, for delid laptop gpu or any bare die with smds in vicinity just add electrical tape or whatever electrical insulation around

You probably got mixed up with KryoSheet, this PTM is non-conductive

It's the DerBauer PTM version, certainly way better than any Aliexpress ones
