Restart the computer. Also make sure no one is playing a prank on you. That does look like an easy prank!

Welcome to the forums!
If that isn't a prank, I'd try DDU, then reinstall windows if that doesn't work.

nooo its not a prank, i only just got my first pc maybe a month ago so i dont know what any of this stuff is, but it seems like my graphics are messed up or something. it only happens on google/medal as far as i know. it doesnt happen on games i play like league, ow or even discord, sorry i dont know what DDU is either

hey! i replied the same to another comment i will say it here too. "nooo its not a prank, i only just got my first pc maybe a month ago so i dont know what any of this stuff is, but it seems like my graphics are messed up or something. it only happens on google/medal as far as i know. it doesnt happen on games i play like league, ow or even discord"

Okay, first, Google is your friend. DDU will uninstall your graphics drivers allowing you to install new ones cleanly. Sometimes drivers get messed up so this can help. Follow the linked instructions carefully. You can't really break anything, but it can be a headache if you skip a step.
If that doesn't fix it, please let us know the specs of your PC.
Also what program is in the video you took? Google/medal? I don't know what exactly that means. We're here to help (for free, out of the kindness of our hearts), but we need information.
