Battle.net UAC

Hello,

So i recently reinstalled Windows 11 pro and now after every startup/restart the UAC pops up and gets so annoying. I am here to ask if there is any way to get Battle.net to permanently accept the changes battle.net application changes WITHOUT turning off UAC? I know i have done this before and cannot find the post anywhere on the internet that showed me how to do this. Can anyone help me?
