Which powerline adapter speed?

Hello,

 

Wondering if there's any advantage of getting a 500mbps powerline adapter compared to a say 200mbps if my internet speeds never pass 200mbps up and download. (I know my wireless download is 5mbps and upload is 1mbps, and that's being in close proximity to the router)

 

I'm sorta clueless with networking stuff, so if you're confused by what I'm asking just say and I'll try to rephrase what I mean.

 

Oh and I'll have a motherboard with intel gigabit LAN if that affects anything at all.
