Help me build a PC...

Budget: 1,250 USD (Which is about 69,560 PHP) but can probably push it to 1,350 USD (Which is about 75,125 PHP)

Country: Philippines

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Skyrim Nolvus Awakening Modpack (Probably some other games aswell)

Other details: Looking to play at 2K 144hz, on the site it lists the requirements as an NVIDIA RTX 4080 for the GPU, 15GB of VRAM, Intel Core i7 10000 Series or any equivalent CPU, and about 406 GB for the modpack itself (Pic of the requirements below for reference). It would be my first time building a PC so any input on parts would be very much appreciated.

First off, thanks for the help it means alot but am I right to assume that the AMD Radeon RX9070 16GB is equivalent to the NVIDIA RTX 4080 in this situation? What are the differences between and AMD GPU and an NVIDIA GPU?

Look at what's cheapest between a RX 9070 XT, RTX 5070 Ti and RTX 4080. You want a 850W power supply for those cards ... preferably ATX 3.0 / 3.1

So I should replace the power supply you've given in the rig if I were to use the DDR4 ram sticks or is what you've given enough? Sorry for all the questions, just wanna make sure I have go things down properly.

Lastly to wrap things up and summarize, I just follow the rig you've given except I need to replace the GPU with whatever is cheapest between an RX 9070 XT, RTX 5070 Ti and RTX 4080 and I need to replace the power supply with the MSI MAG A850GL 850Watts PCIE5 80+ Full Modular Power Supply Gold so that the DDR4 ram sticks wont give me problems in the future and thats basically it? Again, thanks for all the help you've given, can't really thank you enough.

I'm sorry, half a *terabyte* for a modpack? I've never heard of this. Is it the be all end all of skrim?

It probably is since its where all the “ultra modded realistic etc..” clips of skyrim come from. 

(Vid is from a year and the modpack has been updated since then)
