Bios reset to default cold boot

i have asus strix Z590F motherboard when i turn on cold boot bios settings all going to defualt but time is correct and after i check this like waiting 6 to 10 hours bios not reset but i keep pc off like more than 20 hours it happens any one can help ?

(and also one strange thing happn when i plug my earphons to front panel after like 2 hours of use left side of my earphone volume lower to comapre to right i didnt know is that related the problem to bios reset ?)

When you turn off the pc do you also turn off the powersupply (the switch on the back of powersupply) or pull out the powercable?

If so don't do that.

 

You can replace the cmos battery, see if that helps.
