My computer is not turning on the fans just ramp up then down agin

Can you give us any information? What's the system specs, is this a new build, has it been working fine before, have you done anything to troubleshoot it before you came here, etc.? There's not much we can do with as little info as you've given.

It’s worked fine yesterday I turned it off for the night then I went to turn it on this morning and I won’t bot, my pc specs are https://pcpartpicker.com/list/sTCv7R

This build is about 1 1/2 years old

Did you clean it last night or do anything to the internal components?

Also try going around and making sure every plug is seated good as sometimes they can wiggle loose if not fully seated properly.

 

Is your PC kept near a window/AC?

I did not clean it, I checked ran and my gpu and it still won’t turn on, my pc is under my desk

I really need help I don’t have the budget to buy a new computer

So far it sounds like a power delivery issue, do you have another power supply to try? If not you can try clearing your CMOS. Are you plugged directly into the wall or into a power bar?

Plugged into the wall, i did clear CMOS, I don’t not have an extra PSU

Hmm might be worth picking up a PSU on marketplace just to try might save you big in the long run. When you try to power on now does it still do the same fan wind up and then die out?

I just picked up the same (PSU) one from Best Buy will install when I get home.
