Did you clean it last night or do anything to the internal components?

Also try going around and making sure every plug is seated good as sometimes they can wiggle loose if not fully seated properly.

 

Is your PC kept near a window/AC?

So far it sounds like a power delivery issue, do you have another power supply to try? If not you can try clearing your CMOS. Are you plugged directly into the wall or into a power bar?

Hmm might be worth picking up a PSU on marketplace just to try might save you big in the long run. When you try to power on now does it still do the same fan wind up and then die out?
