No, I can't RMA it. Got it a month ago, I am not sure if I just didn't notice until now or if it appeared. It's and Odyssey G4, IPS panel, 240hz. It was originally bought, so, it isn't a reseller (if it wasn't obvious by the first sentence). Not sure what to do. SAMSUNG says 1 dead pixel is not qualificatory for an RMA but it does make me tweak a bit. I suppose it's a stuck pixel because I am using UDPixel, against a red background it shows black but against other backgrounds it's this green-ish-blue-ish colour. Against green, black and blue backgrounds it doesn't show anything at all, it's totally normal. Not sure what to do.

What I've done:

- Gently massaged it

- Disconnected all the cables and reconnected

- Clean installation of GPU drivers

my solution is and this is coming from someone who deals with displays and TVs regularly.

Just deal with the fact that there is a dead pixel, as none can do anything about this (unless you bought the monitor with a credit card and in the UK we have something called Section 75) then you could return it to the same place u got it from and get a refund done or a replacement but this has to be through the credit card company.
