Idle CPU usage extremely high

My idle CPU usage is extremely high and I have no clue why.

Maybe there is some sort of misunderstanding, can you ask your question in a different way? That image does not show "extremely high" cpu usage.

1% use is extremely low. Are you refering to the speed while idle?

It's only a full guess but he might have read the number in the top right corner, this is just a full guess tho...

Or maybe he's referring to something else / something happened and now it's fine or wrong screenshot I don't know

i just realized I posted the wrong picture, it sorted itself out. turns out windows was updating.

yes i posted the wrong screenshot, tl;dr windows was downloading an update
