well there is the ASUS JZ laptop, but that's a bit more than 680 bucks. really what you need to do is think about performance, in this price range the best you will be able to get is an amd a10. but that's probably won't run SC on high.

As you said you wont get a proper gaming laptop in that price range so go looking for the highest performance you can get and don't skimp on the graphics if you plan on gaming. also realise that you wont be playing things on full graphics or even close and it might be better to wait until you can afford a better laptop. 

 

This is in the StarCitizen sub forum where although there is a lot of traffic you may not get the best or the same answers you might receive in a sub forum dedicated to the question there is probably a thread asking the exact same question already .
