So just yesterday I was able to play just cause 2 with no problems what-so-ever. Today however, every time i try to open the application it runs up to the start up load screen for the game and then it just stops responding there right in the middle of loading the game. I cannot even get to the main title screen. i look into my computer application even viewer and see all these error every time I attempt to start the game.

application event viewer recorded this:

i tired verifying the game integrity multiple times, I think i might just have to re install the game...this is a common issue for JC2 from what i have researched. ALL my other steam games work perfectly fine, just this one gives me issues.

I've got the same issue and it seems to have started on exactly the same day as you. A re-install has not yet worked for me :/
