What would be a good PSU solution for a self-built external SSD dock?

The dock is made out of an Oculink to PCIE adapter on which sits an HBA. The housing shall be custom made using a 3D printer.

This constellation should work for data.

The question remains: How do I solve for power?

Mayhaps an SFX or even TFX power supply?

The requirements are:

6x sata (maybe 7, if the adapter also needs it?) - Splitters are acceptable

1x 6-Pin for the HBA

It should be power efficient. As in, a 600W platinum would not be efficient in this case, because of the minimal power consumption.

I have seen some "pico" PSUs; I am not sure about their proper use cases though.
