my youtube account has randomly been put on restricted mode by my administrator, even though i dont have an admin. its happened on my mothers youtube account too. its happened on my tv and my phone. please help

You should contact YouTube support, not an unrelated forum

Have you or someone in your home uploaded content to youtube? If you have uploaded content that violates youtube's terms of service you could have an ip ban, which will affect all accounts signed into youtube that use that ip. 

 

If no one has uploaded anything to youtube from an account while using your ip then it could just be an accidental lock and you will need to contact youtube support for further help. Actually, in any case you can only have this resolved by contacting youtube support.

My theory is that you maybe signed into youtube using a google account that is actually managed by your school? In which case either the school restricted the account or it's possible your parents put in a parental lock but I'm just spitballing ideas.

 

You can watch youtube without an account too, ya know?

It means I can't watch any YouTube videos that have any sensitive content, like swearing, nudity I guess, drugs, suicide stuff like that. And I don't rly know what you mean by how I access internet but WiFi I guess?

Restrictions can be on router side, ask your parents

I've tried working on it with my mum, the only thing disabled on the internet is pornography, and I don't even watch that anyway

"pornography" is a pretty broad concept, and many sofwares and sites overdo in censorship, so it may block all "adult" rated content

Pornography has been blocked for years tho, why would this only start happening now, because it's happened on multiple devices and multiple accounts and multiple emails, would it be an IP ban from YouTube?

IP ban would block you overall, maybe YT changed how it blocks you, and I don't remember  how YT locks "restricted" content

What are you exactly wanting to watch ?

Well seen as I don't wanna be stuck watching what's practically YouTube kids all day, I just watch stuff with swearing and stuff in it, not like I'm tryna was scat vids or something

Apart removing your routers restrictions, or using another access, I have no idea
