Hello Guys .. My Friend Bought The Whole Parts For PC .. We Just Installed It All .. What Should I Do ? To Get Started ?? Without Any Errors ?? I Mean, Should I Update The BIOS ?? Or Do Something ?? 
P.S. The Computer Turned Off Yet

How about start installing an operating system? :P

And then,if you find hard to do the drivers updating,let the windows find them all for you.
