• G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB DDR4 3200
• Asus RTX 3060 Ti 

 

Trying to find a upgrade for my CPU. Playing Indiana Jones pegs my cpu to %90 usage.

Ryzen 5 5600 / Ryzen 7 5700X will still be a nice upgrade but if you want to get most out of the platform you're on the 5700X3D makes a lot of sense... depending on price.

The 5700x3d I am seeing for 260. The Ryzen 5 5600 I am seeing for 100. And the Ryzen 7 5700x I am seeing for 145.

The 5600 + another set of that RAM is a noticable upgrade.

OK, in that case I agree. 5700X3D is overpriced at that point. Typically it's under $200.
