9070 XT Help

I recently upgraded from a 3070 to a 9070 XT and have had a lot of issues with games crashing. I've had issues with 'driver timeout' with every game i've played - Avowed, Split Fiction and LoL. Split Fiction has had some incredible issues with aliasing especially in cut scenes, however, LoL is unplayable and will ALWAYS crash. Just sitting AFK in the practice tool will cause a crash in around 20 minutes. I've tried a bunch of stuff I've seen recommended:
 

• DDU and re-installed new drivers multiple times
• Reinstalled with and without Adrenalin software
• -500MHz max clock in Adrenalin
• -20% power usage in Adrenalin
• BIOS update
• Chipset update
• Re-seated GPU and RAM
• Not daisy-chaining PSU connectors

This is a dump from HWINFO. The crash happens at row 1440 where GPU utilization jumps from ~31 to 98.
And another with more frequent logging. The crash happens at row 12602.

Also the logs stop logging for a few of seconds around this time as well. I've run this a many times and it's very consistent. I'm wondering if someone might be able to diagnose anything from these logs.

Specs:

GPU: PowerColor Radeon RX 9070 XT Reaper
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600x
MOBO: Asus TUF Gaming B550-PLUS
PSU: Gigabyte 750W Modular 80+ Gold
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V 32GB (2x16GB) 3600MHz CL18 DDR4

ive had similar issues with my 7800xt. as far as i can tell, the 7000 and 9000 series doesnt really like am4 that much. you're the second person to post 9070 performance issues to the forum today as well, and the thing you both had in common was an am4 cpu

That's doesn't sound promising. A full MOBO and CPU upgrade doesn't sound particularly appealing at the moment.

Huh, weird. I've got a 5700X and I had no problem with either the 7800xt nor 7900xtx.

some b550 chipsets do suposedly have issues with gpus after 6000 series, but to be honest im not entirely sure anymore

any update on this? i also have tried everything, i keep getting driver timeouts when playing WoW.

 

i read on reddit that Anti Aliasing could be causing it, others said freesync

I've tried everything, even a fresh windows install and had no luck. I'm back on my old GPU and trying to return this one.
