I need a basic PC that meets these specs:

1. Uses modern parts released no later than 2012

2. AMD build

3. Quad core

4. DVD or Bluray drive

 

I know that $300 isn't much money so if you go over a little that's not a problem. Keep in mind this is not a gaming build so a dedicated card is not necessary. Also if you know a prebuilt machine that is good please leave a link.
