Will it fit? Compatibility question

Hello good people of the internet,
Quick question, im planning to upgrade my rig soon and have some concerns about parts not fitting.

Current setup (relevant parts only):
Kolink Observatory Y Mesh ARGB Midi-Tower
EVGA Z370 FTW Motherboard
Corsair iCUE H115i Elite CAPELLIX 

 

I plan to get the GIGABYTE B650 Eagle AX, AMD B650 motherboard (as well as new GPU 7900Gre or new 7090 if obtainable,CPU R5 7600X 4.7Ghz and RAM) and im wondering if the new motherboard fits in the tower together with the CPU cooler. CPU Cooler and case where my most recent upgrades (as well as new PSU) so i would like to keep using them if possible. I remember back when i installed the cooler i had to remove some protective cover from the motherboard to make it fit. Therefore the question whether tower has enough clearing for the new motherboard.

It should be completely fine, worst the can happen is you have to return the motherboard

the case does support ATX, so that'll fit.

As for the AIO Fans getting in the way of VRMs or similar, that's harder tosay.  How's the gap at the top of the board?
