Fans for self cooling

So summer is here and i need a cooling solution for myself and since i've had desk/tower fans go bad on me in the past (mainly loud rattling) so i was thinking I have a butt ton of K'nex and an old HDD enclosure why not use case fans as they tend to be better. So my question is how many and what size could i safely run off of a power supply that was made for 1 HDD?
