Two operating systems on boot?

Anyone ever seen this before?  It’s my buddy’s laptop and he wants me to help him fix this but I honestly can’t say I’ve seen this before and how to resolve it?  Thanks….

use msconfig to remove the second boot option?

See if theres two in msconfig, remove the one that doesnt say "Default OS"
