Are you asking if the prebuilt is worth buying, or if it's just a good parts list? We can't know how good it is, if the specs literally say "quality B650 motherboard", power supply, and a no name AIO. If you want a PC with the best components currently, you can definitely build it for under $10K AUD, that's assuming you don't buy a 5090 for scalped prices

Anything with a liquid cooled 5090 can't be good price to performance...

I see no price on the listing. But if you say it's 8K,  then based on the excellent reason you have given I would say this a great Minecraft PC, but only Minecraft and nothing else. It's value will only depreciate faster than than old fish left out in the sun, which is very good value and totally not a waste of money.
