Its some Lenovo motherboard i just checked The BIOS dont support Any customzation For memory

Did you try other games?  What if you restart the game, performance ok again?

You can try ruling out PSU potentially, if you install MSI Afterburner, and try lowering 4060Ti's power draw.

yea every game i play when i restart the game perfomance comes back to normal then after a while drops

There are many out there but I would just start with Windows Memory Diagnostic since it's built-in to Windows and see if it throws any errors. Keep in mind that this will take a while (possibly hours) and your computer will be unusable while it's running.

Here's the thing. What you are experiencing - performance in a game starts out fine, but then degrades over time - is the textbook symptom of a thermal throttling situation. The CPU clocks degrading over time is also a strong indication of this.

 

If the CPU temperatures are OK, then it almost makes me think that the VRM is actually throttling.

 

This might be stupid but try it and see what happens: Take the side panel off your PC and point a desk fan directly at the VRM (the part of the motherboard that's to the top-left of the CPU). Then power your PC on (yeah it's fine to do this with the side off) and play a game. See if the problem occurs.

alright, then run HWinfo64 while gaming a bunch and then post a screenshot, of advanced CPU temps dropped down, motherboard temps and GPU temps
