New skill help.. Console to pc...

Finally got myself a gaming pc.. Mid spec I think.. Trying to go from controller to keyboard and mouse for FPS games... Can't get the hang if it, any recommendations, training games?

Depends on what kind of games you like to play. Also learning a new skill always takes time to get used to it.

I had the same with going from keyboard/mouse to controller, still find it difficult sometimes with a controller.

But yeah, how long until you manage to adapt differs between persons.

I myself can't shoot shit fast & accurate enough with controller.

 

 

Forget shooting accurately fast, I can't even move a cursor to select a still A / B option fast & accurate enough.

i 90% controller 10% mouse when playing a game like Elden Ring even, that 10% is whenever I need/want to aim and shoot using a ranged weapon.

 

But yeah, jumping directly into a fast-paced competitive game can work as a training, though you might get crushed so often that you feel like shit.

Voltaic creates a MASS TON of resources on starting at shooters. Theyre all stored within their Discord server mainly, so join there and youll have access to their Google Docs.

If we talk about aiming community though we would be here all day, I mainly focused on Voltaic because they use Aim Lab as their baseline "aim training" app, which is completely free to play. Others i recommend would be Revosect and Aimerz+, but they both use Kovaak's Aim Trainer as their baseline, which is a paid app.
