Mouse stuttering in games

Hi, my computer has been acting weird when I am in a game. For example, in fortnite and minecraft, the mouse is super studdery and slow, but the second I alt tab to anything else, the mouse works perfectiy fine. (The only mouse that feels unaffected is a Gpro X Superlight 2, but I broke the left click so I cannot use it.)
