Cpu+Motherboard advice

Currently running a Intel i5-8400 with 16GB with a Corsair RMx850w powersuply and I want to upgrade to AM5 and I'm looking for a balanced build mostly for games. Planning to run a RTX 5070 TI in the future and looking for a balanced CPU and Motherboard that won't break the bank and give me some value for the money spent. Anyone got any suggestions?

Ryzen 7600/x and a B650 like the MSI B650 GAMING PLUS WIFI or Gigabyte B650 GAMING X AX.

The Ryzen 7600/x is my favorite CPU on the market right now, it packs such a punch for its price its incredible.
