Need help with my Microphone...

I recently bought a pc. I bought the SteelSeries Arctis Nova 1 and the audio output is great but my microphone was not working so i thought maybe I just bought a bad pair. I then bought a USB mic. I bought the NearStream AM10X hoping it would solve my issue. The computer detects the microphone but when I go to test it. NOTHING. The same issue. My microphone is not inputting ANYTHING. I have already tried going into Privacy&Security and allowing access for my microphone and still the same thing. I have updated all my drivers and still nothing. Can someone please help me with this issue. IT IS DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!

Are you using the mic's XLR output, or its USB port?

 

The gain on the mic isn't turned down or muted, is it?

I'm using the usb port. No the mic isnt turned down or muted.

The same issue occurs with the Nearstream AM20X; it's really odd to see an exact pattern across their products. Did you ever find a fix for this?
