Model number says they're the same part.

My guess is different manufacturing runs, and they just decided to alter the look.

The TS Series is XFX's current lower end series, the Pro Series Core Edition is a discontinued series. The naming scheme is slightly confusing.

Here's a review:

http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story&reid=225

The review of the 450W model is more complete than the 550W model review since they're very similar. Based off the Seasonic S12II platform. Overall it seems like a decent PSU, with a "wonky" 12V and some terrible marketing.

Here is the review of the 450W model:

http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story4&reid=224

It seems XFX got a little confused about the PSU they were selling (page 3).

Also, I believe the 450W and 550W models look different to the 650W and above models. The images on Amazon should be correct.

Both are the same, the newegg one is a TS series (No idea what that means).

The first picture on Amazon is incorrect. The other pictures look like the one on new egg.

It is not incorrect, I have the same PSU but a 750w and it is exactly like that picture.

Not sure why but that is how the 450w looks. At Least that is what it looked like in a local PC store.
