I9 13900F Power Limits

Hello there, i got a 13900F as a gift, and am using it with the new BIOS and all of Intels limits on it.
Changed the stock cooler to a ThermalRight Peerless Assassin 120 SE and it runs really cool.

I did a quick test boosting the PL1 to 180w and PL2 to 220w, and got better fps in the games i tested.

My question is, will it harm the CPU running at these higher Power Limits?
