Windows boot problem

Asus prime b550m-a WiFi II

Rx 7600xt 

Ryzen 7 3800x

psu asus prime 850w

 

so The cpu dont have Intagraded gpu. Its possible that I cant boot windows, because windows need drivers?

 

so when I boot pc Its start loading, and resets with rx7600xt. I put old gtx1060 6gb and Its boots. And yes I uninstalled drivers from nvidia with DDU.  Installed latest bios, chipset drivers for MB. Mby my cpu is broken?

So when you put the new GPU in, is there just no signal to the monitor?

Shows asus logo. I can get into bios. But when Windows starts loading, I mean loading circle. Its restarts and doing it again

Can you get into windows with safe mode?

Yes. And Its turn off csm and I cant get In bios. Its beeps one time, and restarts, All time. I need to put old gpu in and turn on csm. Is there any chance that my cpu is broken?
