Yeah its decent.  You don't need extra thermal paste 🙂  The AIO comes with paste.

 

You are aware of Intels 13th and 14th gen degredation issues and accept that this might be a problem?

You shouldn't get onto that old Intel platform now.

Get something like an Intel 245 or (better in my opinion) an AMD 7600.

I'd get Air cooling with something like a thermal assassin.

Yeah, don't buy that 1g thermal paste. If you really want to, get a 4g or 8g Arctic MX4/6 for the same price
