So i got an pretty old PC with Asrock Z77 Pro 3 motherboard and it has one very weird issue. Every GPU i try to use with it just spins the fans to 100% as soon as i power the PC on and i get no output. Integrated GPU works without any issue. I tried resetting bios, used 3 different graphics cards on different Pci Express slots, tried different ram, tried different PSU. I honestly have no idea why this is happening.

It could be some fault with the slots. Maybe they aren't delivering any power?

You can see here what i already tried to make it work. It’s really weird as i replaced the motherboard and many other things and it’s still not solved. But yeah i think thats not it as i replaced the motherboard and PSU.

GPU fans on 100% and a black screen is what I used to get when there was a power fault which is why I think it's that. If the GPUs work on other boards just fine and have an issue here and you've swapped the board/psu/memory then either:

    1) Both boards aren't good

    2) There's some degradation somewhere that we just can't make out.
