Planning for a new pc

Budget (including currency): 2000-2200 euro

Country: Greece

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: gaming at ultra 1080p (a 1440p monitor will be purchased though when i financially recover from the pc build)

Other details: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/h4XyqH , currently this will be around 2100e (note, for storage only the western digital nvme will be purchased, i already own the rest, also ill get 2 more lian li fans for the back and use 3 deepcool ones i already have for the bottom, planning to get more lian li though in the future)

EDIT: there is a chance ill get a 4070 ti super instead, kinda depends on stock, the 4080 super i was eyeing has no stock currently

 

Thoughts my friends? Any issues? Any incompatibilities ? (the only one i found about after googling, is that the mobo will need a bios update first for the cpu, it does have a usb port for bios updates)
