PC starting to hang

As the title states - I recently have been having the issue where my PC would hang doing anything. I would right click the desktop - it would take seconds for it to load. I click on any Chrome Tab and it would also hang and then work seconds later. I have no idea what is causing it. I even went as far as Factory Resetting the drive and it still does it.

I looked around online and many are saying that it could be a failing drive. But when I checked with Hard Disk Sentinel it says my M.2 is at 96% health and that performance is at 100%. At this point it's affecting my games too. They to would randomly just freeze for a few seconds and then zip back to life

Are the temperatures good? Say having way too little thermal paste can do the same thing.

 

A way to test if it's the drive is to create a OS within a USB and use that. If the stutter goes, drive problem is more likely. SMART is not perfect.

SuperPi (v1.5 from Techpowerup, PI value output) 16K: 0.100s 1M: 8.255s 32M: 7m 45.93s

I would assume they are okay. While just using Chrome with small things running it's at 41c. I don't know how to do that OS thing in a USB

any OS that could be made into a bootable USB technically would do, but Ubuntu is one of the most popular out of the lightweight ones
