OCing the graphics card is really easy because you can just download Afterburner or Precision X, there all basically the same with different skins, and slowly increase clock speeds until your card won't go any higher  and use some sort  of stress test to check it's stable. As for CPU, you will have to do that in the BIOS i believe, although i have never OCd my CPU so im not sure how to go about that

AFAIK, overclocking FX chips is basically just slowly cranking up core clock and voltage, nothing else. Same goes for the GPU. For the CPU, increase in 100MHz steps and stress test for a few hours to determine if stable or not. If not, take a look at the temps and decide wether to add voltage or subtract clock speed.

but if you look at my specs i cant really add voltage

Yeah listen to what @Priller is saying, he helped me get a nice OC that im working on right now. I got my fx-6300 up to 4.3 GHZ from 3.5Ghz. SO far its stable, but im stress testing now.

Yes.

A 4+2 power phase and the board options may give you some issues.

First thing.

Look in your bios. What options do you have for LLC?

my board isnt good for adding voltage but apart ftom that its good

My Setup :P

I would have everything at stock. Set Ram timings and voltage manually.

Set LLC to High or very high.

Run Prime95 blend and see what type of voltage drop and temps you get.

idle is 0.9-1.25 reigon bouncing around

My Setup :P

Set CPU voltage to 1.375 and LLC to very high. The load voltage should be very close to what you set in the bios.

Set ram timings and voltage manually.
