I want to document this, and give it the praise it deserves: the improvement in communication from the CW team with respect to delays and other important matters with our orders has improved greatly.

I was on the original backpack "back orders" and on the LUXE backpack pre-orders. These products were very delayed, which is already inconvenient yet understandable for a small-scale operation, but the communication was frankly abysmal. We would get a straight-to-spam email from Nick L. on the day it was supposed to ship, and that was if we were lucky.

Whatever processes and improvements have been made were very apparent on the commuter backpack order experience; please use this on everything you can.

Can't wait for mod matt!

Probably more of an issue with your country, rather than the process itself.

I'm sorry to hear that your stuff is delayed, man. And I hope you get your screwdriver order soon

I however, made no comment about their (admittedly long) shipping times, I only commented about communications. There are plenty of other threads upset about shipping times including your own. I understand that I have a really privileged perspective living in continental US, but, to be honest, if I were in their shoes I wouldn't even bother to sell to you simply because of the logistical hurdles.

I 100% agree with this. I remember when I ordered the LTT Black Shaft screwdriver, the back and forth communication between LTT Support and myself, was absolutely atrocious. 3 weeks without a reply to my inquiry, then being provided inaccurate info... it was abysmal. Now, everything was smooth sailing, when contacting support for a replacement precision screwdriver (to be honest, went even better than I was expecting, I also updated the info regarding the process, in 2 different threads concerning the precision screwdriver coming apart). As far as I am concerned (I live in Eastern Europe), shipping has improved a lot, since LTT (Wizmo) dropped the utterly incompetent, Asendia. They are using DHL E-Commerce now. When I say shipping has improved a lot, I refer to the shipping time the parcel takes to reach my country and the very accurate tracking info they provide. True, I'd prefer if they'd offer an expedited shipping option (mainly just to avoid the massively incompetent and the utterly slow National Post Office), let's hope that is a thing of the future. All in all, things have definitely improved communication wise and shipping wise as far as my previous 2 orders (and the replacement screwdriver as well) had gone. So yeah, I like to give credit where credit is due. Given how things have evolved for them, they deserve a lot of credit, as far as I am concerned.
