That depends, how many GB of RAM do you have?

 

I also have like 50%+ of my RAM taken, but I also have YouTube and ~11 other background apps running.

current PC:

Ryzen 5 5600 |16GB DDR4 3200Mhz | B450 | GTX 1080 ti [further details on my profile]

PC configs I used before:

  1. Pentium G4500 | 4GB/8GB DDR4 2133Mhz | H110 | GTX 1050
  2. Ryzen 3 1200 3,5Ghz / OC:4Ghz | 8GB DDR4 2133Mhz / 16GB 3200Mhz | B450 | GTX 1050
  3. Ryzen 3 1200 3,5Ghz | 16GB 3200Mhz | B450 | GTX 1080 ti

 32 GB G Skill Tridentz @ 6000MT and as u can see in my task manager, nothing is really running.

If whe you see that again, scroll all the way down the list. I've seen high component utilization, and sometimes it is a process that is way down the list. Not sure about Windows 11, but on 10 the box turns red if a process is using a high amount of a component.

 

Edit: I have 32 GB of SODIMM ram.

That's a chunk, could be a Windows thing,

 

you can also try next time when you turn on PC immediately open Task Manager, and see if it's still close to 50%,

 

some things just eat RAM, but as long as the RAM isn't full there's no performance hit.
