Hey 🙂

I had a PC that started crashing randomly (multiple times a day) after working fine for several years.

I launched Windows memory diagnostic and it immediately found errors.

I thus removed the 2 RAM modules (2x16GB DDR4 2800) and replaced them with other modules that I had around (2x 8GB DDR4 3000). No more crashes for now...

Then I started testing the faulty RAM modules on a different machine to check if I could retrieve one of them.

When both modules are tested together, WMD reports errors. Now, when they are tested separately, both yield no errors.

I'm a bit confused...

Any idea?

Best,
