If the laptop has a discrete GPU the integrated graphics on the CPU are irrelevant.

i5 12450 hx is a notebook cpu and the i5 12450h a desktop cpu
they have different power envelopes and of cause the desktop version will win because of better cooling.

They're both laptop CPUs.

Alder Lake-H: Mainstream

Alder Lake-P and Alder Lake-U: Low power ultraportable market

Alder Lake-HX: Enthuasiast/"desktop replacement"

it's not clear to me why OP thinks one has better graphics capability than the other.

Neither is suitable for gaming without a discrete GPU.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.
