Water-cooling gunk

Does anyone know what this stuff is? It is hard as a rock. I'm using xspc ec6 white coolant. Is the coolant gunking up? Can I do something about it besides "stop using it"?

rip i had that but not from a mix it was my fault thow

you can clean it out and not use a color mix just destiled pluse an additive as for cleaning the rads out dont no some say vinager is fine.

the rest you open the blocks out and clean them. j2c has a guide on that.
