Less than optimal.

Perhaps you could buy Thermalright dual-tower cooler, something like - https://nl.pcpartpicker.com/product/MzMMnQ/thermalright-phantom-spirit-120-se-argb-6617-cfm-cpu-cooler-ps120se-argb

It would be good for 14500 also.

Budget (including currency):  around 500euro

Country: Netherlands

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Audio Production DAW - Cubase 14

CPU : i5 14500

MB ASUS TUF Gaming B760-PLUS WIFI socket 1700 moederbord

RAM :  Corsair 32 GB DDR5-6000 Kit - CMH32GX5M2E6000Z36, Vengeance RGB

Hi , this pc will be used for audio production using Cubase 14 , so is the 14500 good or not? because when I google it I don't find a lot about it , so why it's not a favorite cpu ? I was thinking about 13600K but in this case I think I will need more expensive (Z) series MB , also I will need a good cooler instead of the stock one that came with 14500... so what do you think about i5 14500?

Thanks

The 14500 is a decent cpu, especially for what you will be using it for.

14600K cost less though? 14500 vs 14600K for the price difference you could invest in an adequate cooling solution.

Edit: the prices are the same in Netherlands PCPartpicker - 259€.

You don't need Z motherboard for 13600K nor 14600K

you are right , which combination do you think is better? 14600K + B760 ,or 14500 + B760 , or 13600K + B760. is there a noticeable difference? I usually don't OC the CPU

14600K is the fastest option here. And does not cost more than other options.

The differences between all of those options isn't perhaps huge, but the 14600K is still the fastest.

If you don't need integrated graphics, then 14600KF is ~20€ cheaper than 14600K..
