I have the newest bios version available from the Asus site, but still sometimes get BSOD with error CRITICAL PROCESS HAS DIED.

I was thinking would under volt help me with this?

I have Asus PRIME B760M-A motherboard with i7 14700KF processor.

Sometimes I get this error when shutting down pc, or running some UE5 game like Marvel Rivals. My cooler is some kind of Corsair AIO one, the temperature in games is around 60-80C (CPU).

Ram is also running in XMP profile 1.

Not sure, what's wrong.

Also did reinstall fresh Windows like 2 weeks ago.

This BSOD is not all the time, sometimes, but still something I would want to fix..

Smells like CPU degradation, no other fix than replacing the chip...
