Pc randomly dying

My pc randomly black screens and then cuts the display to my monitor. I have an integrated GPU from a Ryzen 5 3400G. I had to decrease the GPU RAM from 2gb to 64mb just for it to not crash as frequently. I had this pc for like 2 years and it ran perfectly fine like this until 2 days ago. I never messed with any settings and I reset my windows and bios settings fully. Is there any way to fix this even if I have to get a GPU?

 

my specs:

CPU: Ryzen 5 3400G

GPU: Integrated

Motherboard: MSI B450M
RAM: Unknown 8gb DDR4 3000MHZ
PCU: Unknown 450w

Storage: 500GB Western Digital SSD

 

Stuff I already tried:
Fully restarting windows

Restarting BIOS
Updating AMD Adrenalin
Updating Windows

Checking SSD with CrystalDiskInfo (%84 Health)

Checking Temps of CPU (30C When no load, 50C max with load)

When it cuts to black, does your PC shut down? or do you have to manually shut it down.

Do you need to restart it for it to come back on?

Has the driver been updated recently that you are aware of?

Not that im aware of

Check what driver your running, and if a updated one is available, I'd recommend updating

Thank you so much, I updated my BIOS driver and it completely fixed it.
