gpu isnt working with full performance

Hi,

I built my pc 3 weeks ago and it worked perfectly until now.  I was playing Minecraft and I got around 2500 fps. Then i swiched to play some forza horizon 5 and when i started playing i noticed that my game looked different then usally  and it didnt run smoothly. I think that my gpu wasnt not working with full performance.  I resetted all the settings at amds software and refreshed (i have a problem and thats why i cant update them) the graphics drivers but nothing worked.  I also tried changing the Windows powerplan from balanced to high but it also didnt work. The fans of the gpu dont even spin always like they usally do. Idk what to do now

specs:

i appreciate all help!

You might want to screenshot your gpu and cpu usage in game and then share that with us.

i wanted to do that but if i open windows in safe mode i cant log in bc it says that the pin isnt available at the moment

I have usually ran the DDU in standard mode with no issues. Worth a try.

Its not bottleneck then, because cpu is also being underutilized. Ur gpu looks like it is undervolted or not using as much power as it should. 88w is pretty low for a 7800xt. Was this taken while you are in game? Because the fps is N/A, which indicates that is is not in game (like while actual gameplay is happening, not load screen).

you mean repluging? Yea you should. Do u overclock ur gpu? If not, you might want to try it.

Sorry for the late reply. I just reinstalled the drivers and it didnt help.

I am currently unsing one cable that splits up into two to power the gpu like this:

And why should i overclock the gpu when everyithing worked perfectly without overclocking before?

LOOOOOL guys i fixed it!

Idk why but i something set the display rate on 59hz instead of 100hz

I actually looked at it before and it was set to 100 so idk why it got changed.  Now it doesnt look as good as it did before but i think i fixed it.

Ty for the help!
