Seller rating of (1) is a concern but pics look ok and the card isn't listed as 'damaged' or 'parts only'.

 

It is a tad cheap. UK ebay has a 3080 for £200 but thats an auction starting bid so who knows what some idiot will pay for it, not sure what that is in AU Rupees.

Don't know market price for it, pic wise it looks fine.

So it may or may not be a scam.

 

If you decide to get it make sure you do all the precautionary stuff about buying used items.
