Let someone with acces to the router/modem block those websites and don't unblock untill after your exams. Also when i need to study i'll go outside and walk around the block and then come back and study in a room where there isn't a computer or phone or something like that.

You need to motivate yourself! Ask yourself: "What do I want to achieve?", "What do I want to do in life?". Set some goals, ans strive towards realising them.

If I can't study anymore, I go for a bycicle ride or something.
