I recently bought new RAM and i don't know what the problem is, are they faulty or did i do something wrong. I've ran the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool twice after reseating the RAM and after a couple of minutes it says there's a problem. Also when downloading a game my pc blue screened and also in the middle of a game the game crashed. I bought the G.Skill Trident Z RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 memory kit.

Is the ram on the QVL list for your motherboard?

Does it bluescreen with XMP/EXPO disabled?

Does it test ok in WMD with XMP/EXPO disabled?

If Windows Memory Diagnostics is showing errors either the kit is faulty or it's not compatible with your board.

If a bios update doesn't allow it run with XMP you can either run it without XMP enabled, manually set the overclock and see if that works better, or get a new kit.

If the kit isn't on the QVL list for your board you may just need to get one that is.

You can still have kits that aren't that work just fine, the QVL list is just kits tested by the manufacturer to be compatible, they can't test every kit.
